The remote randomly stops working, and then it will be fine awhile later. I replaced the batteries, re-paired the remote, restarted the device, nothing helps. I regret this purchase.

Since I brought this product, the remote has worked maybe half of the time. I constantly have to get up and walk up within 2 feet of the TV to get it to respond. I am not pleased with this product.

Works extremely well, very easy to use and intuitive set up. Lets you dive in and start enjoying the array of options. On the road to cable cutting freedom.

Received this yesterday evening and was able to set up everything and start watching in 30-minutes. Only complaint is the extremely short (I mean, almost non-existent) power cord which will require some serious thought on how to jury-rig everything

Yesterday I had a hard time setting up the remote. I have other Roku remotes and no problem. Then tonight the remote would not work had to disconnect the receiver from the tv and re-insert. I like the idea of one remote for TV and streaming.

Worked fine until I switched it to another TV, at which point, the remote stopped working. Spent hours trying to pair the remote back to the device and it never worked.

I bought the stick a week ago. It is great to have the features of the roku without having a box on the counter. Also great to move around inside and outside to tvs and even my computer monitor. Fast and great video quality

We have slow Internet and I was having trouble getting streaming channels in our basement. So I bought this and it works great! No issues, I am able to stream like I would upstairs by the router.

I had 1 Roku Streaming stick and just purchased 3 more sticks to have one on each TV in the house. I cancelled my cable TV and converted over to internet streaming to watch all my TV shows. RoKu Streaming stick made the transition for me easy.

The volume and power button on the remote is not part of anywhere point remote. Only the channel and play/pause button is. Also it freezes or lose remote connection time to time. I have 3 other Roku devices. This one is below expectation.
