Excellent~ turns volumn high & low. Easy to change channels. Touch buttons for access to Hulo and Netflix. We love it!

After I bought this unit, I couldn't install it, because it was to big for the notch on the back of the TV. I had to wait another 8 days for your little ext. cable to arrive. Come on ROKU stop being so petty, and include the cable in the box.

The remote randomly stops working, and then it will be fine awhile later. I replaced the batteries, re-paired the remote, restarted the device, nothing helps. I regret this purchase.

Since I brought this product, the remote has worked maybe half of the time. I constantly have to get up and walk up within 2 feet of the TV to get it to respond. I am not pleased with this product.

Bought it a couple of days ago and I notice the difference in how fast it responds, it will depend also with your wifi. Also, love the that you have 4K option

I bought the stick to get my cable company app, spectrum, it has worked great. I really like the ability to watch all my services and not have to toggle between inputs. Would recommend to get the Roku

We invested in another ROKU for our living room considering our other ROKU is 3 years old and we needed one. Our old Roku 3 is still rocking it in our bed room now, but I love the new features and the speed of the new stick.

I own several fire sticks and Roku sticks and I will not continue to buy fire sticks. Roku layout is much better and I think they are so much more user friendly.

I've had this for sometime now and I keep getting an overheat warning 2 or 3 times a day, I have tried moving it to a different port, but it didn't help. keeping my eye out for a better device

Purchased model 3810 due to being advertised as longer range wireless. Item had much shorter range than old Roku player. Returned this item and reinstalled old Roku player.
