I own a Roku 3 player and a TCL Roku TV and love the Roku interface. I wanted to watch TV without a cable box on another TV in my house and with the Roku Stick and the Spectrum TV app, you can watch live TV - all the channels in my existing cable package, without paying for a digital converter or cable box. You even get the guide for free on the app. Of course, you can stream any number of channels too. I find the YouTube streaming far superior to my Chromecast. The setup is easier than ever -- just follow the simple directions. I also like the new remote that instantly recognized the brand of my TV and configured itself to be able to turn the power on/off land the volume. I like the fact that Roku's servers make streaming nearly flawless and I also like the fact that the Roku system is "agnostic." It's not having a fight with Apple or Google or Amazon and it will stream any service you can think of. The Roku channel it the only place I could find some old TV shows like Bewitched to stream for free! Yah!

This is my 3rd Roku Stick and it is the best option available. I use on a smart tv and have the internet access to the smart tv turned off because the Roku is much faster than what is built in to the tv. Also the number of apps available for Roku is much better than the smart tv.

Purchased this product a month ago and I should have purchase it much earlier. So many different channels to watch. Some are free and some needs subscription. The only complain I have is the volume. On fios tv, volume set at 10 was enough to hear from a distance of 10'. Roku streaming the volume set at 15 is still have problem hearing clearly. I tried in setting for roku & tv. Nothing worked. I end up turning on caption, just to understand what the actors saying. I hope roku can update software to eliminate this problem.

Tried two streaming devices and Roku is far superior. Hope to soon substitute DirectTV Now for my more expensive satellite version. More and more streaming apps are available each month. The picture is great and storms don't disrupt the Roku signal.

Bought my first one a year ago for my room since I didn't have a smart tv and there was this offer in amazon and decide to give it a try.. couldn't be happier.. so the smart tv in the living room getting old and the interface is clumsy and slow so installed the new Roku and extend the life of the tv until a I buy a new 4K tv for christmas

Bought a new ROKU Stick and was very happy with the so easy setup! I am not the sharpest tool in the shed and it was easy for me! Love the access to Netflix/Hulu...and all the other channel.options...saying goodbye to Cable & Direct Tv! Very Happy, Highly recommend!

Despite it's size, this new streaming stick + is much more capable than my older Roku 2 and 3 players. Loads channels quickly and the remote is great. My only issue with it is the stick won't fit into some HDMI ports without an HDMI extension cable. It would be great if the extension cable was in the box when you buy it, or it is redesigned to have a 2 or 3 inch flexible lead for the HDMI connection on the stick so it more readily fits into all TVs.

This is my 4th Roku (so I guess I really like them). I really love the ease of set-up and use. This one I use in a basement room with fairly dodgy wi-fi. So far, it works great. The only change I would make to the hardware is to ask that the male hdmi end be flexible. I have a tv that the length of the stick blocks it so I need to use a m to f adapter. Would I buy again? Yes.

Roku is extremely easy to setup and use. We are enjoying all of the content available. The only issue I'm having is the volume control through my Denon AVR. I have to turn up the volume quite a bit to hear a show and then turn the volume down to normal levels when the advertisements are playing. It could be something I'm doing wrong on my end. We've only had the device for a few days.

Purchased the streaming stick for a wall mounted television about a year ago. The product is used as the primary media source daily and has never faulted. Works exceptionally well for daily streaming, while powered from the built in 5v USB port. Easy to setup with no shown cords on my wall mounted configuration.
