I purchased the stick because I purchased a portable tv and wanted to be able to move the tv around easily. With the stick I can do that. The thing I'm bummed about is that you can't plug in your headphones into the remote. I now know that you can get the Roku app for your phone and listen through there, but still. I wanted it to be easy like the other remotes. Oh well.

We already own two older Roku versions and are happy with them. I decided to buy my mother in law one for her birthday because our local cable company is now going all digital and requiring a box for every tv in your home or you'll lose all channels, so I decided to pick me up a newer version as well. These devices are so easy to hook up, simple user interface. Was able to show my mother in law how to use it and showed her all the free content on the device, she was impressed at how much is available on the Roku she's now considering cutting the cable cord like many others and paying for a streaming service. My in laws had a different streaming device before but never used it because it was too complicated for them. I have 5 TVs in my House and 3 Roku devices. I'll probably pick up 2 more for the other TVs. They have great picture quality and make great inexpensive gifts for hard to buy people.

My Roku Streaming Stick was set up and ready to go within 15 minutes, and I couldn't be happier. It delivers a sharp, clear picture, and I don't need to point my remote directly at it in order to use it. This is my 6th Roku, and this one is the best. It's so good I'm planning on replacing all my others with a Streaming Stick.

Not impressed with customer service. The person was nice enough, but it was a 25 minute wait in the queue just to get to her. Also, I find the interface to be cumbersome. Although it seems to be similar to others, I don't care for a lot of them either. It's WAY too difficult to see what's on. You have to dig and dig. Still getting used to it though.

I had no trouble installing the stick and it gives me a great picture and fast responses. The thing I'm less crazy about is the interface. Audio starts up without my say-so, advertising shows that I have no desire to watch. Calm it down a bit! I'm also not nuts about the giant tiles that have replaced the smaller ones of my watchlist-- i have to scroll more. Why does everything have to be billboard size? Leave ma alone. I know what I want to watch. It's like a new puppy, it wants so much attention. And why did it load every channel? I just want to see the ones I want, that I subscribe to. I had to delete a bunch!

I purchased this stick to support my 4K TV. The picture quality is great! This is my 2nd Roku stick and it's even better than the original simply because of the remote. The remote actually controls the power and volume on my new TV and has a voice search capability! Extremely user friendly and easy to set up!

Super easy to set up and use, great channel selections, awesome picture quality. Netflix looked okay on my new smart LG UHD tv, but once I got the streaming stick + and used the roku for Netflix, the picture quality was amazing! Plus now I have access to all the channels the LG smart tv didn't offer. Highly recommend this product.

Really nice to be able to use the tv controls on the roku remote and not have to look around for the tv remote to change the sound level and mute!!! Really handy and really nice to be able to use the voice commands option. All in all really enjoying the upgrades.

Only have had it one day but so far so good. Enjoying the new volume control. Would love to know, however, why we have issues with the show being replaced by the ROKU icon requiring us to log back into the show ! Very frustrating and annoying. Not sure if it's ROKU making this happen or Spectrum .

I bought two this month. It's taken me a very long time to decide which one to upgrade to and the Roku Stick was the winner. I love it, easy to install, easy to use and has all the apps I couldn't see on my old one. It even automatically imported my games I purchased 10 years ago with out me having to tell it to. I stream my cable instead of using a box. It runs so well you can't tell the difference between the cable live TV app with premium channels and cable box. I also use Netflix and Amazon prime and Pandora. These also run very well. I have no complaints.
