Smart TVs are great, aren't they?! I had won a new smart TV at a work raffle at Christmas, and had only recently mounted it in the wall in my home office. While that itself was a great addition to the space, the built-in streaming stations were limited. So the natural solution was to add a Roku Streaming Stick+. Now I can get to all of my favorite streaming stations, no longer limited by the built-in TVs offerings. Setup was simple and only took a few minutes. The Roku remote will turn on/off the TV, so I don't have to shuffle between multiple remotes. I couldn't be happier.

I bought the Roku Stick+ for my second TV in the basement. Set up was easy and fast. I love voice remote features and it controls the volume on the TV, so we only need one remote. This is my second Roku Stick device. I love the portability of the Roku Stick. I would definitely recommend Roku to anyone looking for a streaming device.

The stick was easy to install, setup, and use. The expected channels loaded when logging in, which is really great. My one complaint is the remote seems to have a dead spot on the right directional pad. I basically have to press the top right corner of it to get it to work or firmly press it. It's an annoyance, one to ignore because Rokus are awesome.

I have been using Roku`s for years. I buy the latest model and give my old one away. The new streaming stick plus is excellent. Set-up was simple and if you have a newer T.V. you can just use the USB plug for power instead of plugging it in to a wall outlet.

I have 2 of the Roku streaming sticks, & 1 roku ultra. I'm completely happy with all of my rokus. I like the streaming sticks because they plug into the back of my tv's, so they are not visible like the Ultra. Is that a deal breaker for me, not at all. They all work flawlessly. No hangups, h very quick & responsive. Excellent picture & sound on all of them!

Let's face it, built-in “smart” TV apps generally suck. I needed something that would perform snappily without crashing all the time while still being able to control my TV. Along comes Roku with volume and power controls on their remote! Bingo! Dump your cable package and ditch your so called smart TV OS for the real deal. It doesn't hurt that they priced this thing lower than a family night at the movies. Bravo, Roku. Bravo!

Positioning of Voice button is the same as the other roku remote's enter button. Dumb move for your previous roku owners. Also, everything is set to auto-play and I can't find how to turn this off on the new roku. There is no help on this and the settings functions are abysmal.

I bought this because of the TV power and volume buttons, and the voice control. Works perfectly. Easy to set up. Excellent WiFi reception. I do wish there was a single button to push to bring up the “guide” when using a cable provider app (e.g. Xfinity). Overall very good product.

I bought this a few weeks ago because I like the feature of it also controlling the TV on/off and volume. The 4k feature and convience of a plug in stick didn't hurt either. It recognized my TV instantly and unlike another stick I had it's fast. Just ordered another, highly recommend it.

I just bought this to upgrade my old roku streaming stick. I have loved the roku for a long time. I hate the newest interface though. I'm really disappointed that roku is not responding to everyone's complaints about it....I expected better customer service than this. I'm left wondering if I should have tried something different this time.....I really hope roku wakes up and gives us the option to switch back to the old interface ASAP.
