This is a good protein drink to mix as a shake. It is smooth and creamy and makes the shake thicker.

The flavor is good. I use it as coffee creamer as my second favorite. Cinnamon roll flavor is my preferred flavor, but it is impossible to find.

Premier protein has always had an “off” or fake taste to it. I prefer muscle milk or even great value
