I ordered these because I was having oral surgery the next day and would be on a soft diet for 4 months. These offered more protein than the Boost which I had been using to supplement my diet and this tasted so much better, I ordered both the peanut butter chocolate and the vanilla. I have frozen so much fresh fruit that I just blend the frozen fruit with the vanilla protein drink to make a delicious smoothie. These have no added sugar which I love because I can add some stevia, which I prefer to sugar, to sweeten it up to the sweetness level I like best. I highly recommend these protein drinks.

I purchase this at least every 6 weeks or do. I absolutely love it and recommend it. But my last purchase at Walmart in Lk Geneva Wi. Im disappointed I believe it was the last vanilla one on a center island display . I opened it as always for easy reach in my refrigerator. I opened one a drank some big sour curds of milk. I then took another one and the same thing. Im going to try and see if Walmart will let me exchange for another pack. They are not expired. The expiration date is April 15 2027.

I had abdominal surgery and needed to drink these. The vanilla actually tastes less "Vitamin"-like than the Chocolate and Strawberry drinks. Not too bad, shake it up really good. Try and stick it in the freezer for a little while too. You may like these drinks better. When you really need Protein and Nutrients but can't actually eat food, this is an excellent alternative
