My favorite brand for vanilla, banana and caramel. Vanilla is great in your coffee to get a great protein start in your day. I also love to mix it with frozen fruit for a smoothie.

Love the taste had the cafe latte didn't care for it. But vanilla is great. I put it in my coffee instead of creamer , my sister makes iced coffee with a whole container. She loves it also. I tried it iced and like it also. Great taste!

It's great by itself, but you can add it to your coffee to increase protein intake and also to overnight oats. It's already sweetened so no need to add additional sugar.
