For a small meal or a quick snack this shake is satisfying and filling by itself. For a major meal like dinner I definitely want substantially more but I am a very active person, so your experience might be different.

Well the product is great love it. The delivery is great. I had to call Walmart as they charged a high shipping cost as it was a 3rd party. They gave me a rebate. So Walmart was good.

They aren't gritty or gross. The vanilla tastes kind of like ice cream. The cake batter is amazing but rich. Tastes just like actual cake batter, just not as thick. The chocolate is pretty decent as well. Well worth the money.

always get the boxed of this brand. ot is my go to breakfast. Has a great flavor that I can drink straight or add to some fruit in the blender for a fast breakast.

Vanilla is always a wonderful choice. Not a heavy vanilla taste - Just right. Vanilla is a taste you don't tire of easily so this is a great choice if building Protein for an extended amount of time.

I love the Vanilla Shakes! I have tried several since I was told by my doctor that I needed them but these are my favorite. Tastes fantastic and really cools you off. Also makes me feel stronger!

MAKE SURE THERE ARE 12 BOTTLES!! I ordered my box online and I picked it up in store. The box for 12 had only 11 bottles in it. The shake itself is really good. But I'm really unhappy about my missing bottle.

Love this as my coffee creamer. It has helped me lose weight. I am not a breakfast eater, but this helps me get my protein in during the day. I add it to my coffee, along with fiber and collagen supplements and a few drops of liquid Splenda.
