I love the shakes. I have lost 20 pounds using them to replace meals. They also satisfy my chocolate cravings.

tastes great. Sometimes the drink congeal's within the carton. Great for making protein smoothies with a little fruit.

My wife gave me a vanilla shake. I loved the taste. I drink it every day. I'm 69 years old and this gives me additional protein.

I use as a drink instead of pop. Also as a breakfast when I am not that hungry. It is a powerhouse of nutrition!

By itself, in coffee, in my refrigerator oatmeal. Thinking of making a shake with ice and/or frozen fruit.

I drink this every morning mixed with my coffee (whole or half depending on that day and what else I'm having for breakfast. Keeps me full till lunch

I'm a big Premier Protein fan and love their RTD's! I drink one 3 times a day and love that you get a lot of protein with only 1 gram of sugar.
