I love this product! I used it before and after my liver transplant. It's a delicious and easy way to get the protein I needed and still have one a day just like a vitamin to give me extra vitamins and protein for my day.

I add this to my milk chocolate instant breakfast drink and it has greatly reduced by headaches. I also use the vanilla, peach, or strawberry with frozen fresh fruit for a smoothie. This is a must in my pantry.

Premier has the hight protein count out there for pre-made shakes. The taste is actually good and can be used with the protein cereals, frozen as ice cream or consumed with fruit for additional flavor. my favvorite is vanilla, because it is so versatile.

I chose this brand because of the high fiber contain and low carbs. I like the taste. I mean any vanilla protein is going to have a slight after taste but I prefer vanilla to chocolate which naturally has caffeine and I'm sensitive to it. I can drink this for dinner and not have an issue going to sleep. Add it to the blender with frozen fruit and a handful of raw almonds for breakfast and I'm good for 3 and a half to 4 hours. I love it!

I appreciated the price. They were a 12 count package for about $27.99. I had to order some and get them more quickly and so I use another vendor. I thought I was getting four packages of four pro shakes for about $29. Instead, I got just four pro shakes for that amount of $29. Did you see above the best price by far is the Walmart package of 12 is for $27.99.

I love this flavor! I usually prefer chocolate but since I bought this it's the one I buy now. The 30 grams of protein really help me hit my protein goal each day. I have at least one a day and sometime two because it is so easy to grab when I don't have time to make something or just for a quick snack. Some mornings I will put it in the blender with frozen fruit and other days I will add it to my coffee instead of adding creamer. Whether it's alone or mixed with something it is my go to protein shake.

Tastes fine, but optimum nutrition, pure protein, and one other which I can't name at the moment taste much better. I prefer a nutrition profile which lists Hydrolyzed whey and whey concentrate. It seems whey protein his scarce and expensive these days. Hydrolyzed whey isolate iis easily digested, and whey concentrate stays with you longer. Those of us who are lactose intolerant must take Lactaid or similar with these milk protein. The product is thinner, too. But it will do in a pinch
