[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Premier Protein Shake gave me the much needed picker upper that I needed after being so tired from a lack of sleep and working a 12 hour shift I will definitely be purchasing this product I would recommend it to anyone at anytime it's very effective containing 30 grams of protein with only 1 gram of sugar low in fat also 24 vitamins minerals delicious flavor and texture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tastes like a healthy vanilla milkshake. Make sure to mix it well because it can be a little clumpy. I love drinking these after a workout or when I'm feeling hungry between meals. I love that I don't have to feel guilty drinking one because it's low calorie and low sugar. I will say these can break me out a bit but I think a lot of milk products do that. These taste really good and don't have a gross after taste like most protein drinks. The nutrients inside provide plenty reserves of glycogen stores and help muscles recover without high level fat and sugar. Especially after an intensive workout, I like to pair it with a piece of fruit to intake healthy carbs available for my body's recovery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received this free I was hesitant to try the vanilla because I find that vanilla ones usually taste like melted vanilla ice cream...in a bad way. This was not the case! It tastes almost like sweet and condensed milk. I do think that the vanilla one would be a bit much to have every day as it is very sweet but it is absolutely perfect for satisfying any sweet tooth! For a low carb way of eating, it works well because of the protein and low carbs. The container makes it easy to grab and go! I did find that mixing this one with some peanut butter to make a smoothie helped tone down the sweetness a bit and made it taste more like a peanut butter cheesecake, which was amazing! I will be buying more of these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for free from the product review club, and while I really liked the chocolate one, I don't think I'll ever buy the vanilla flavour again. Unfortunately this one had something off about it, it tasted like vanilla, but there was some other flavour in there that put me off. I think the chocolate does a better job of masking this flavour, and I didn't notice it, but with the vanilla, I couldn't even finish the drink. It's a real shame, as I liked and would buy the chocolate again, but this one, not so much. Overall, I found that drinking this before my run helped me run faster and longer, but it isn't worth it when I can barely finish the drink.

The vanilla flavour is tasty, but a tad on a sweet side. It's a perfect serving size and best consumed cold. After I felt full (as expected with 30g of protein), but at a couple points almost a bit light headed. I don't often drink protein shakes so I imagine it was simply the rush in my bloodstream. I'd buy this again if I wanted to boost my protein intake.

Usually I she away from products of this type because they can taste chalky from the protein powder but this one tasted great. It actually was creamy and delicious and I had no trouble drinking it all. I love that it is low in sugar and carbs so I don't feel guilty grabbing it for a hit of protein. I would definitely buy these.
