I've battled with weight my whole entire life, and I don't wanna lose the muscle that i've gained!! I work on my glutes and my thighs a lot! I've even had plastic surgery.I need a low calorie, high protein drink because sometimes I don't feel like eating.I'm now on the GLP-1 ShoT! I need something that's gonna pack a lot of power that isn't too filling or too protein tasting!! Sometimes I can just down it if I don't have a appetite! As a chronic pain patient I love these shakes. When your stomach gets upset over nearly everything, try these. They are also great for breakfast on the go, or any meal for that matter. 30 grams of protein! Vanilla is my favorite but chocolate and the chocolate peanut butter are pretty darn delicious.

One of the protein shakes was thick and looked to be soured. The use by date was May 2027. Now I'm afraid to even buy this product.
