I have only used this product when i have made chili just to give it some semi fresh spiciness and cut down on the powdered spices.  Also it adds some coloration to the chili. The can is  not that expensive and you can always have some on hand and add it to sloppy joes too. 

I love ro-tel. And it makes some of the best dip I’ve ever had. It’s really easy to make too. Add one can of ro-tel, one 8 oz pack of cream cheese, and one 16 oz roll of cooked sausage (optional) to a pot or crockpot. Just stir everything together as the cheese starts to melt. Then, dip away.

Ro-Tel has many varieties, but this is where it all begins. Mix a can with ground meat or meat-alternative for tacos. Or get out the slow-cooker and toss cubes of cheese product in (maybe some chorizo too) with a can of Ro-Tel for a queso that everyone will love at a pot-luck.

I absolutely love Ro-tel! They are great for egg baked and omelets when I want to add something extra and flavorful to my meals. Not only that, but they are good for making salsa con queso, as well. My family loves my recipes when I use Ro-tel. They are healthy, delicious, and affordable! What's not to love? I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to spice up their recipes. I tried them years ago, and from day one, I was hooked!

These are an absolute staple in my pantry. I use them in chilies, stews, dips & so much more. I appreciate the depth of flavor that you get when adding a can of these tomatoes with chilies to almost any recipe that calls for canned diced tomatoes. Definitely recommend over & over

Rotel Dip is a classic. I grew up eating this and now I make it for my family til this day. And these chilis/tomato blend add the right kick of spice to my dip. I even use them in pasta or rice side dishes. Definitely would recommend others to purchase.

This tomato chili pepper concoction is a great addition to many dishes. It provides the extra zing to Mexican dishes like tacos, enchiladas, or casseroles. I like this shortcut and not having to purchase an extra can of chilis. I keep these as a staple in my cupboard.

I opened a can of mild ro-tel due to expire in Nov 2023 . I opened it on 12/24/2022 and used it for my Christmas dinner. My stomach is very upset. Feels like someone’s twisting my insides and I will be going to the hospital. I can no longer take the pain.

This particular brand of rotel is excellent when mixed with Velveeta cheese! You just heat up the cheese on low, had a little bit of heavy cream, then stir in the rotel! Once stirred in and heated up to liking grab your favorite tortilla chips and dig in! Swear those two together are amazing!!

I’ve always been a fan of rotel. But the couple cans I’ve bought recently were completely disgusting. There was 98% tomatoes and 2% chilies. Within the next hour my stomach felt horrible. Horrible product. After looking at all these bad reviews I’m really starting to think yall do not care. Won’t buy again. Better off buying no name brand
