We love rotel in our family. The original has a little hint of spice but I wouldn't call it spicy. I add this to ground beef when making tacos (talk about taking your tacos to a new level...yum), add this to any tex mex dish I am preparing, add to dips (queso dip, corn dip, and so much more). This is a staple grocery item in our house and I would recommend it for yourself too. If you love cooking and creating Mexican dishes this is definitely a staple for you!

My whole family likes rotel. We put it in chili, tacos, velveeta cheese, and etc. I like it best with the velveeta cheese as a dip with tortilla chips. This definitely has good flavor and can really kick it up a notch with your chili, taco, or nachos.

I love it, it makes my dip a hit for parties and especially football season. I also use it to make a mean enchilada. It give the right amount of kick I am looking for with the right spice and zing I want. It works in all my dishes. It is affordable and I definitely recommend it to others.

I use this in several recipes; including my chili, taco-chese dip, as a topping mixed with cheese on baked potatoes, etc. I will use the original when I know that I'm cooking it for people that do not like my food spicy, and the hot when I can kick it up a notch or two! I will say that I have also tried the great value brand of this and I couldn't notice a difference. So really you pay for the name here.

I am a native Texan and have used Rotel since I was a young child. What is happening with your product? I just used a can to spice up my breakfast eggs. Unfortunately there was no spice, very few chilies, practically nonexistent chili taste. I have used your product for 40+ years and until now I have never been opened a can that didn’t have that signature Rotel taste. I don’t know what you’re doing, but you need to fix this problem. I am a loyal customer and I expect you to reward that loyalty by providing a quality product that meets the expectations you have created with your brand and history. If you have changed your recipe then be honest and let your customers know what you have done. If it’s a quality control problem then please get your act together so I can continue enjoying your product. Otherwise, I will find another product to buy.

I really love slow cooker recipes when I need to keep a dip warm at events that are going to go for several hours or more like a game day, a shower or a cocktail party. They are also really great when you need to take an appetizer to a potluck or don't want to worry about perfectly timing your guests arrival with bringing a hot dip out of the oven. Rotel dip with ground meat and cream cheese.

I've used Rotel original in sooooo many types of dishes. From something as simple as queso or tacos to more complex homemade enchiladas and taquitos. The flavor is always on point and so is the price! Throw a cab in your crock pot with some meat, shred it and bam easy tacos with great flavor!

Ro-tel is great mixing with velveta cheese, melting and using as a dip with nacho chips.  Fast Dip.  Great flavor and great product.  Always keep on hand for unexpected visitors.  Can add to chili recipe too.  Will definitely buy again reasonable price. 

This product is one of my pantry staples. One can of this, along with a can of El Pato, are the two secret weapons to my killer spaghetti. It adds the perfect amount of texture and flavor that takes my pasta sauce to the next level. I recommend keeping a can on hand at all times!
