This is the second can in a row that seemed to have absolutely no green chilies in it. Not one that I could find! The whole point of Rotel is for the green chilies. Unless they improve, they have lost a customer. I can buy any brand of diced tomatoes.

I use Ro-tel Mild when I make chili for the family, because my kids dont like spicy food. Its very affordable and it tastes great when I add it to my chili recipe. It has a great flavor, is somewhat healthy, and my chili wouldnt be very good without it.

I love this product. I add it to my cheese dips. Love the flavor. The product is a high quality product and is very affordable. The product is a perfect compliment to my various homemade cheese dips. I purchase this product and will continue to do so.

Mix with melted Velveeta Original Loaf and a pound of ground hamburger beef! Add some slats sour cream pour over or dip with some tortillas chips!

I am not usually a Brand loyalist when it comes to things like canned or jarred veggies. I am also not a Kitchen loyalist, I prefer to stay in other areas of the house like the living room or the study. Ha Ha. However, if I do enter the kitchen or I do find myself in the canned veggie aisle it is probably because I am picking up supplies for a recipe that calls for a Branded canned veggie. And you might interject and say, "But I thought you said you weren't a brand loyalist?" Well, that may be true. But I also have my mother's recipe for 7 Layer Dip. And that recipe calls for Canned Ro Tel Tomatoes. It has been made that way my entire life, and probably before I was born. I'm just following the instructions. Why would I change the instructions? See? I know. I'm a genius. And they are delicious, by the way. The dip is always gone before the Big Game Starts.

I don't why some folks are saying Rotel isn't as good as it used to be. We haven't had a bad one yet. My wife and i put a can in almost everything we make. We use hot or mild in dips, chili, tortilla soup, mac n cheese, and various pasta dishes. Keep doing what you're Rotel, we love it!

I buy rotel original by the CASE and use it in almost all the Latin recipes I make. It can be pureed for use in a taco or sauce recipe. It makes delicious queso as well. This product is always in our pantry. Usually when people ask me what the secret ingredient is, I say rotel!

Love Rotel for a lot of different uses. I put it in my cheese dip and chili, and enchilada sauce , For the price you can't get much better. Makes a awesome chip dip for game day! Add some cheese and hamburger and vola perfection! I always keep several cans.

I have always loved the product, but the can that I just opened - which is the only can I have right now - has this pregnant woman feeling very annoyed. There were literally no tomatoes; it was just liquid and a few peppers. Adding it is the last step in the recipe, so now I have a full dip made that just isn’t good without the right product. 😔

Maybe it's just me, but I hate rotel.  I know a lot of people like to mix it with velveeta for a party mexican style dip, but I don't like it at all.  Maybe it could use more garlic (to be fair, I think everything could use more garlic).  I just feel like it's missing something.
