Rotel is the must, go to for the best dip. Add any type of meat and cheese and just melt and you have yourself a dip. I use it to make sausage and queso dip and the family loves it. Its so much better than store bought dip. Its great for parties or barbecues.

Whenever I need canned tomatoes for a recipe, I usually go for Rotel. The blend of tomatoes and peppers add a fun kick to just about any dish you want a little extra spice for. I love all of the varieties they have now, from mild to hot, so they have one for everyone's heat preference. My favorite thing to make with this though is sausage queso. I use half the Velveeta it calls for on the recipe, grated cheese (last time I used a handful each of sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack and Swiss), a brick of cream cheese, a can of Campbell's cheese soup, browned ground sausage (grease and all) and a bit of heavy cream to thin it down. It's always a hit when I have people over!

I love using this product. I use it in Chilli, jambalaya and queso. It gives so much flavor to anything you add it to. I don't think I would improve the product. It's a reasonable price. Not too expensive. I highly recommend it to others to use in their recipes

Life saver! I mix this with velveta cheese and make Chile con queso for my son and just to make it a meal I add ground turkey or beef.. I add it to eggs for an omelette.. there is so much that can be done with it and buy it in a big box since I do use it often.

Can of refried beans Can of Rolel original. Brick of cream cheese ,softened and mixed with a pkg of taco mix. Pkge finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese Sour cream sm container Chopped black olives. Chopped green onions Layer first 3 items in a casserole dish...bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Just enough time for the cream cheese to melt and spread. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a more taco style. Or immediately layer rest of items for a hot dip. Serve with tortillas or tortilla chips.

Great base for anything you're making, has a good flavor as a base to build your meal on top of. I generally use rotel when making tacos and it pairs perfectly mixed in with the meat, queso, with some extra thrown on top. I definitely reccomend rotel.

It has been a long time since I have used these, but when I did, they were good! They have a spice to them though, which I am not a huge fan of! We made a dip with these and velveeta! It was tasty and I would make it again! I'm sure these would be good in chili as well!

Recently bought Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles. 1st Can with August 2026 expire date had back looking flecks. Threw it away! 2nd can. September 2027 looked like diced tomatoes and little chiles. No black flecks 3rd Can August 2026. Also some black flecks. (Looks like burnt skin pieces to me) Few green chiles. Checked internet and did not see recalls listed for this product What’s going on to Rotel Quality? Why so few green Chiles? Can to can consistency is NOT good. What’s going on?

This is a staple in our house. We always have cans of Rotel in the cabinet because we use it very often. We make Rotel dip, different dishes I put Rotel in, I put it in my meatloaf and lots of other stuff I would definitely recommend this to others and if you haven't tried it you should

The flavor variety of Rotel is awesome. We use this in nearly every meal. The packaging makes it easy to find on the shelf and it lasts a long time. The texture works well with everything. It sustains its shape when cooked. Definitely worth the money!!
