This is a stock item in my pantry. I use this in soups and stews. It gives the soup or stew a little kick but not too spicy.

I love using rotel. I prefer the hot kind because I love spicy foods but my store usually only have the mild.

Is it even a real pantry if it doesn't have at least one can of Rotel on the shelf?? This is the perfect staple@to add into chili or Mexican soups!
