This is a staple in my home. From nachos to salsa chicken we use it a lot. Game days without our Rotel cheese dip just would never be the same!

I use Rotel to make a recipe my mother in law taught me. It's mixed with ground beef and melted velveeta to make an awesome dip.

I keep these on hand because I make so many different recipes using them. The best is queso of course!
