Ro-tel and velveeta are seriously the only way to make cheese dip for tortilla chips. I have tried other brands that are similar and they are just not the same. This is the best one.

These are so good to make cheese dip and other flavorful dishes. One of my favorites is over chicken in the crockpot with a block of cream cheese and added onion and peppers. It makes the perfect creamy fajita or taco like filling!

Easy to make! The kids love it. You can make it with ground beef or ground sausage or both! Personally I love to get Hot with both ground sausage & beef with some velveeta. Serve it with your fav chips!

Love adding this to melted cheese for a Mexican cheese dip. And meat as well and a bag or tortilla chips and it's great to bring as a appetizer. It's a affordable and quick and easy. Would buy again for sure
