The classic rotel is one of my staples in my pantry! It goes amazing with my queso blanco recipe and is used for a majority of my side dishes as well. It's a great size and very adorable. Just delicious! I'd recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic flavor- you can use this for dips, and we personally add it in our spaghetti sauce for a little extra kick! Some stores will sell the cans in the larger size which is a bonus.

I like using Ro-tel for making unstuffed peppers in a pan with ground turkey, rice, green peppers, and onion/seasonings. It's quick and easy to add into any recipie. 

This Ro-Tel will always be a favorite of mine. Every year when my Nanny would come to visit she would always melt Velveeta Cheese and stir in 2 cans of Ro-Tel. I cannot help but think warm and fuzzy thoughts when I taste this.

I love Rotel in dips and chili. It's the perfect product all in one and it's super affordable too. And really how can you go wrong when you make a dip with rotel and velvetta?

I can't make bean dip, sausage dip, or chili without this. Always stocked in my pantry. I've given some of the others a try, the hot is also good. The mild is too mild, I'm not sure about the chipotle version, probably need to give it another try.

What happen to the green chilled? Hardly ant green chilles in the can. I've notice this for some time now. If I wanted a can of tomatoes, i would of not bought the rotel.

I LOVE using this product in several recipes, from chili to chip dips. My favorite is a fiesta dip that includes ro-tel, taco seasoning, sour cream and cheese.

I used this in a vegan “queso” recipe that I make and it complimented the other ingredients very well. It's got some spice but not overwhelmingly hot and is a classic staple for any Mexican style dip.

Be it for a soup, main dish, or dip this is a mainstay in my pantry and I always make sure I have a few on hand. They are so versatile and can be used in so many recipes. It adds a lot of flavor for hardly any work
