I wanted to start doing this with my eggs, and I really liked it, but 3 can in the case had no tomatoes and only peppers in it. 3 cans bad out of 8 is a deal breaker.

I love Ro-Tel, I use it in so many different dishes. Chicken tortilla soup with Ro-Tel is the best! It has just enough spice to warm you up without burning the little ones mouths. Honestly, mixing Ri-Tel with velveeta makes the perfect queso!

I love this. I have made so many different dishes using this. It goes well mixed with different cheeses and a meat to make a cheese dip. I’ve also used it in a pasta recipe. This is a product I keep in my pantry.

From breakfast tacos to soups this is one of my cooking staples. It’s not too spicy and it goes great with so many things. Reasonably priced and you can find it on sale a lot. Highly recommended.

If you’re making queso then you have to have rotel thrown in. A staple from my childhood. We always keep a can in the pantry just in case we want chips and queso for a party! Love it
