I use this in a Mexican Cheese Dip that I whip up when I am having friends or family over for dinner parties. And it is always a favorite of the crew.

I don’t actually use this but my boyfriend does for cheese dip. I can’t have it I’m allergic to something that’s in it. But he loves it. So he recommends everyone to try it all it takes is a block of cheese and rotel

Ro-tel and velveeta are seriously the only way to make cheese dip for tortilla chips. I have tried other brands that are similar and they are just not the same. This is the best one.
