This makes the best and easiest queso dip. Just mix in a crockpot with a block of Velveeta, block of cream cheese, and crumbled sausage until melted. Yum!

I always keep a few cans of this in my pantry. For me it's a great spice level and it works great and many different recipes especially chili. On occasion I'll get the spicy version but this is my go to staple. 

Ro Tel Mild Rotel is another thing I always have on hand we like things kind of spicy around here. Great for use in queso or other dips as well as enchiladas tacos Etc.

These are great to add in to chili or soups! I use them in hot dishes as well as spaghetti sauces! They have great added flavor that is always ready in your cabinet. Definitely would buy again!

My go to canned diced tomatoes. Tastes amazing with velveta cheese for a quick queso recipe. I added these with black beans & corn a couple weeks ago and it didn't even need any seasoning because of the green chiles! Love it.

Rotel in my opinion makes the best diced tomatoes. I love that they add the diced chilies as well to give whatever dish your making some added heat. They are super affordable basically anywhere you go as well.

I use this with two packs of sour cream and two cans of corn and make a delicious dip. You got 2 cans of ro-tell mix the other stuff in a slower cover and let the sour cream become creamy.
