I keep 8-10 cans at any given time. So good throwing it in with a box of cream cheese and eating with tortilla chips. Also great to throw on top of taco salads. Everyone loves when I make corn dip which also calls for rotel. I use it for several different things!

I love rotel, I throw a can in almost everything I make, like chili, soups, casseroles, vegetable bakes, some pastas, nacho cheese I mean it goes with everything!! It's a great price and as long as my grocery store keeps it stocked I always have a can in my cupboard

We use rotelle original in our white chicken chili recipe. It makes the perfect spicy addition without being overly spicy and adds great texture and flavor to the chili. Even friends and family that aren’t huge fans of tomatoes and chilies love the taste that this rotelle provides.

Normally, I use Rotel tomatoes by opening the can and dumping into what I am making. I will not so that anymore! Last night I was making dip and was very disappointed to find large amounts of skin. The can almost looked like the ‘bottom of the barrel'. Some of the peels were a couple of inches in length and even the top where the stem connected! I still love rotel tomatoes but will not have confidence in their product for a while. Inspect the contents... just saying...

We use rotel mainly for our Mexican style dishes. The one we make the most is chicken enchilada casserole. This with cream of chicken, chicken breast/thigh, corn, pepper, garlic, onion, jalapeños, jalapeno juice. We lay down tortillas and use this mixture to put in between and top with shredded cheese. Its great!

Looks like quality is having some issues. I just opened a can and didn't think to look in the can before pouring the contents into my tortilla soup I was making. There were no tomatoes, only green juice and green peppers. Not a single tomato. I use Ro-Tel all the time and luckily had other cans on hand which I used, but what a surprise. I took photos of the product as well as the label info and was going to attach the photos, but don't see that as an option.

Every time I use Ro-tel instead of diced tomatoes in any recipe, people rave about the flavor and ask what magical secret I have. Ro-tel is genuinely the best version of canned tomatoes and chilies - the right balance of flavors to enhance recipes without overpowering the flavors of the food.

I have noticed for sometime now that the tomato chunks keep getting bigger and bigger (original, not chunky) and decided to check the reviews on the Rotel website. It appears everyone else is having the same complaint, bigger tomatoes, less chilies. As a user for over 50 years (who grew up in Texas), I am actively looking for another product.

Great for so many different recipes. Good flavors and really nice consistency in the size of the pieces. Wonderful addition to any hot dishes or casseroles. I will continue to buy and would highly recommend others to keep a couple of cans of this in their pantry.
