From breakfast tacos to soups this is one of my cooking staples. It’s not too spicy and it goes great with so many things. Reasonably priced and you can find it on sale a lot. Highly recommended.

I have added this to chili and to chicken dishes when cooking and it adds extra flavors and textures. I go between this and the mild depending on who I am cooking for. I usually buy this often to make with chicken and rice in my instant pot.

I use Rotel often but the can I used today had only green chili and no tomatoes. So weird! It was a bunch of liquid and green chilies only. It was supposed to be diced tomatoes with green chilies.

I love Rotel! No dicing or chopping needed. Full of flavor and so easy to use in many recipes! The latest is Mango Salsa- dice up some Mango, add a little lime and garlic to the can of Rotel. So simple make!

Just opened a can and half of it was just tomato peelings. I had to pick all that out. Very disappointed. I used rotel 4-6 times a month for various recipes.

This is a quick add on to any meal. Adds flavor and spice that’s perfect for whipping up a quick meal. I’ve used this in taco meat, soups and even as just a taco topping.

I use this stuff in just about everything. My chili, casserole dishes and of course my chrese dip. It adds just enough heat to taste good bit not to hot.

One of my go to party foods I bring to most events involves using a can of these with some Italian sausage and cream cheese in a crock pot. It is a huge hit every time

I only use these to make rotel dip. Melt some velveeta (or any block) cheese. And these tomatoes with some cooked ground meat. Season! And eat with plain tortilla chips or doritos!
