I LOVE using this product in several recipes, from chili to chip dips. My favorite is a fiesta dip that includes ro-tel, taco seasoning, sour cream and cheese.

Rio-tel diced tomato tastes very near fresh so I use it in many dishes. Tacos, omelets, stews, sauces salads and much more. There are many different can sizes.

Staple of my Tex Mex cooking. I drained and add to my ground beef taco mix. The liquid from the can I add to rice. It's also delicious in soups and chili. Everyone knows how great it is in queso. Always a few cans in my pantry.
