We don't keep much in our pantry, but I always have rotel on hand. I use these in place of diced tomatoes in recipes, they're great to add to an omelet, perfect for dips, soups & stews.

I love rotel. You can turn it into a great cheese dip. A third block of cheese, some ground turkey or beef and a can or two of rotel, makes for a great dip. It’s simple quick and you can never go wrong.
