We love Rotel dip in our household! Perfect for game days, movie nights, just wanting to snack, anytime. It has a little (very little) spice to it which we like. I’m sure you could use the Rotel tomatoes for other recipes, so definitely would need to try those!

It no longer has the kick it used to. It's just a can of tomatoes, now. The chilies aren't flavorful anymore. There are only about four or five pieces of chilies in the cans. It doesn't even smell the same. Please add more chilies back to the recipe!!

There seems to be no consistency from can to can either with spiciness or overall taste. We love it most of the time, but sometimes my wife makes salsa and has to throw it out and start over with a new can until we find one that is good. When it is a good can it is great! But for now it is hit and miss when you open a can.
