This is a staple in Cajun cooking if you know anything about Louisiana cooking they like it spicy. I use this when I'm making Cajun spaghetti- chicken. It's like a creamy Alfredo sauce. And you add Cajun seasoning and Rotel and chicken and pour it over pasta so delicious.

This is a staple product in our pantry. It can be used in so many ways to add flavor to soups, dips, casseroles, etc. My family really loves the Crockpot dip with Rotel, cream cheese, and sausage. I always make a double batch because it disappears fast.

I opened two cans of Rotel tomatoes and green Chili's last night, only to find that both cans contained only the juice with very few traces of tomatoes or peppers. The two cans appear to be produced in consecutive order, as the printed line in the top of each differ by only one digit.

I absolutely love Rotel! It’s so good in Tex-max dishes as well as the 3 ingredient dip!! (One pack cream cheese, one pack of cooked Ground pork sausage and one can Rotel in a crock pot until nice and creamy - eat with tortilla chips!!) the tomatoes taste great and have a really good spice level to them!

I always use this for two easy and delicious recipes that everyone loves: spaghetti and dip! I don’t prefer Velveeta cheese, so I use Rotel, cream cheese, and Jimmy Dean sausage to make an incredible dip that everyone loves! Serve with tortilla chips. I also think Rotel adds some dimension to spaghetti.

This particular brand of rotel is excellent when mixed with Velveeta cheese! You just heat up the cheese on low, had a little bit of heavy cream, then stir in the rotel! Once stirred in and heated up to liking grab your favorite tortilla chips and dig in! Swear those two together are amazing!!

Tried to find a number to call with our batch number to help Rotel out w quality control... can of Rotel chilies only had fluid w maybe 10 tomato & 5 chili pieces. Oh well, maybe they read reviews. Don’t want anything. Got a pic of the batch # if they want it. Meanwhile- still love and recommend their products.

I use these in my Mexican rice recipe and it comes out perfect every time! -- Brown a cup of rice in pan with butter. Add 2 cups of water with 1.5 table spoon of tomato paste or  Hunts Tomato Sauce and can of Ro-tel Original. I let it all boil for about 15-20 minutes and perfection! 

The many Ro-tel products are something I am never without. The amount of flavor put into ever can is amazing and great for boosting so many recipes. My favorite things to make with these products are spicy sausage queso and also hatched green chili enchiladas.

What can I say, when I need tomatoes with a kick, this is the one I reach for. They are so yummy. I use them in dips, soup, tuna salad. Sometimes, I just spoon some onto a cracker and it it solo. The price is great! Especially when you're having a party and need several cans for various dips. It won't break the bank
