This stuff is great! Helps my eggs slide right off the pan! I hate when my food gets stuck to the pan especially quesadillas, not with this stuff! My mom showed me this when I first started cooking and I haven’t stopped using it!

Love using Pam when cooking or baking doesn’t let the food or baking stick to the pan or when adding anything go the oven definitely recommend for both baking and cooking

This is my everyday cooking spray. It sprays evenly and allows me to cook without using heavy oils and butter. I like to also spray my measuring spoon with it before adding honey to something so it easily comes off.

This spray makes my life easier. I use it for grilling, frying, baking, everything! It prevents my from using more oil than needed for some recipes. I do have to spray a lot on a tray to be able to remove my cakes completely though.
