I do use a lot of PAM at my house for cooking and baking. When I can get the larger cans in a 2 pack on instant savings the price is too good to pass up. I often buy extra to keep over several months. It is also great for outdoor grills and, believe it or not, even to help remove bugs plastered and dried on your car windshield, grill or body. Just spray, let it set a few minutes and they will generally just wipe away without damaging paint or using anything abrasive that could leave scratches.

I use Pam original cooking spray instead of cooking oil. I use it for cooking and baking. It is better for you than a pan full of cooking oil. I love the fact that you are purchasing 2 of the 12oz cans instead of the 8oz cans that are over priced in the grocery stores.

We use Pam for just about all food preparation. Most of all for the health value as it doesn't add calories to our food, it has no aftertaste and makes clean up easy. I couldn't imagine cooking without it and the large size double pack means a better value.

I use this to continually treat my grill after every use. Oil treatment is highly recommended by grill manufacturer for steel grills. Slows down the rust process. Not to mention it great to keep food from sticking to grill and pan surfaces. Contributes to easy clean up greatly.

I have been using Pam since it's debut - way back... Original Pam is perfect to use with any recipe since it has a neutral flavor. Don't knock me - but I even use it to "grease" up to poles on our bird feeders to help deter the squirrels and raccoons from climbing. I don't worry about poisoning the environment using it.

I love Pam - it truly does make any pan non-stick. It has a low smoke point and will turn black if you’re not careful - but it doesn’t leave any flavor behind - just your food, coming easily from the skillet/pan. It does have some ingredients that aren’t “clean”. I have to be careful using it when cooking for my family members who are celiac - bc they have reactions. If it were gluten free I would rate it as a 5

Pam works! One does not have to spray it more than very lightly, whether in a baking dish or in a pan. Personally I find it takes a small amount of extra attention to cleaning the dish or pan in which it was used, but for its flawless performance it is worth it.
