I do not use liquid oil anymore.

I have used this product now several years now and I had no problems

Pam Spray is excellent for cooking and baking, and here at Sam's Club is an amazing buy!

I have found this to be the most economical way to oil a pan or skillet

Convenient especially when I use my grill
