Pam is my go to when I need food not to stick. It always works very well. I use it the most when I make omelettes. If you make omelettes you know how important it is for them not to stick.

Easy to use and great for quick meals, I prefer because it's spray and go. You don't have to worry about measuring butter this is and easier access to cook.

After using for months, my dietician advised me if the effects of palm oil. NOT HEALTHY! She said coconut oil is fine but palm oil has been shown to solidify in the body, clogging arteries and raising LDL. UNFORTUNATE because nothing works better than Pam, but I wont use anymore!
