Great for all kinds of cooking or baking. Love the size canister except I got small hands and can't keep a good grip on it. Have to use two hands.

It’s PAM, what else is there to say? Just don’t spray it on BBQ grill, unless you get the PAM for grilling.

It’s Pam. It does what it says. It also keeps me from having to wash dishes all night long. The hammer and chisel are not needed anymore.

For some weird reason my wife likes this stuff. I prefer Olive Oil, but this is better than me having to do the cooking.
