It's Pam. It works. I always buy this duo when it's on sale.

Cans are way too heavy, thick and slippery to hold, and the spray nozzle requires too much pressure. Makes it almost too difficult to use.

Pam makes cooking and cleanup easy. It allows food to slip out of the pan which means no cooked/burnt on food so cleanup is a breeze.

We love this spray. It eventually builds up a scum on non-stick pans, but the ease of use and the price at Sam's makes it a no-brainer for us.

I use Pam whenever I cook or bake, as it keeps food from sticking badly and really helps when it's time to clean up.

Great value with Instant rebate. I generally use Pam instead of oil or butter to fry with. Pam is the best.

Bought this before as the 2 pack of 12 oz cans is the best deal I've found. My wife uses this a lot in her cooking, it's the best.
