Pam is always in my kitchen I reach for her everyday .She never leaves a greasy film , just spray your pan and you are ready to cook anything flip a egg bake a cake ,muffins etc.

This stuff really works and will last a lifetime, but I really hate the artificial ingredients. If you need something in a pinch that is effective, this does the job! But for daily and regular use, I personally prefer a cleaner brand.

Best price for this product anywhere. I've tried finding another "non stick" product but nothing seems to work like Pam. I wish I could find a more healthy alternative but everything "homemade" that I've tried is not as good at being non stick.

Pam is great for use for coating casserole dishes, to prevent sticking and you can make the best omelets, over easy or scrambled eggs without all of the oily mess of oil by coating your frying pan with Pam.
