My tomatoes were rotten. The Brussels sprouts were old. The meat tasted horrible like bleach.

Satisfying breakfast replacement with only 1 net carb! Great vanilla flavoring; doesn't come off as artificial. Not chalky like Premier Protein, and a lot less sugar than SlimFast.

Took awhile to get used to drinking these low carbohydrate protein drinks but as having Type 1 diabetes, with multiple insulin injections every day, for over 62 years, I've learned and had to consume a lot of strange and nasty things. Nowadays carb. restricted food and artificial sweeteners are much more palatable. Everyone reads the ingredients and screams cancer but other then the artificial sweeteners, I eat very healthy ( no cancer too) with no fast food and processed food items. The flavors in these protein drinks are different and yes, the coffee flavors are lacking, so I just add a little bit of cold coffee leftover from the morning brew! I also drink them over ice which improves the flavor too. The banana flavor is the best, even though it seems a little sweet. I'm not a chocolate lover but the dark chocolate is good, especially iced down.

It's a "protein-rich" shake, by intuition the word rich means more, it should have more protein than normal protein shake. But it's just a normal sweet shake with extra flakes of protein. If you want low-carb protein shakes, you should buy "Member's Mark High Protein Chocolate Shake"

These taste really good. I put it in the blender and add a cup of ice. Sometimes I add a banana ... or an A%26W rootbeer packet that you add to water.. tastes just like a root beer float. ( someone told me to add a Sunkist orange packet for an orange Julius) I usually don't eat breakfast and one of these keeps me from starving by lunch time.

This vanilla protein shake tastes great. No need to refrigerate before opening, so I keep an extra shake in the car to drink when I am busy running errands. A shake around 10am and 3pm keeps my blood sugars level so that I have lots of energy to complete my tasks.

Love this flavor. Tastes like a vanilla shake. I buy them every time I see a good deal. Have used in fruit smoothies.

Got Vanilla instead of "Rich Chocolate." All Atkins Shakes are good. Unfortunately I ordered the "Rich Chocalate" because I have a strong preferance for that, and really don't like the vanilla at all. DISAPPOINTED !

tastes good not like medicine like a lot of the nutritional shakes do. creamy smooth, healthy fats. low in carbs. not a ton of sodium. pretty satisfying for most of a meal at 160 calories. they just work.

At times, I make a cup of coffee the night before, refrigerate it and then add it with ice to one of my shakes. Perfect for something different in the morning especially during warm weather.
