I use the vanilla flavor shake as creamer in my coffee and tea for a protein boost throughout the day.

My husband uses it as a substitute for Almond milk to add more protein to his vegetarian diet. So good 😊

I love the premade Atkins shakes!!! I can't stand any of the powder mixes yuck 😝 plus Atkins has only 15 g of protein per shake which helps when I make my smoothies I can make 1 bottles last thru 2-3 smoothies! The taste beats all brands out there, the price is not terrible if you know how to shop, and th we y are very convenient!

This is the best tasting protein drink. The price is higher, the protein count is lower, but so is the sugar and it tastes like creamer. I used to buy equate brand for a small decrease in price with more protein, but it became difficult to ingest due to taste. This is of high recommendation.

Recently had dental work requiring me to eat soft foods for two weeks. Friend was raving about how good these were so I decided to try… Let's just say that if you're trying to lose weight these may not be a good idea. Very addictive! If you stick in freezer for a couple of minutes prior to consuming (don't freeze it!), it's Iike having a milkshake.

Hands down the best shakes ever. I've tried so many and these are the best!! I mix one of these and two scoops of kachava with 32oz cup ice and a lil splash of milk to make it extra creamy and me and my fiancé have a power house of a breakfast. But if you wanna just flaring one alone at lunch they're good too! I'm so picky and I love this one and the milk chocolate is my favorite cause seriously it's nice to see a company make something not dark chocolate for once.

When i decided in 2008 i had to get healthy, I knew breakfast was going to have to be a part of my day. I just never xould eat at 5:30 am. I started drinnking one of these in the a.m., and 15 minths later, along with diet and exercise I was down 78 lbs. I have kept it off since - today is 01/04/2024. Adkins shakes are still are part of my breakfast routine.

My favorite alternative to milk in morning Cheerios is vanilla Premiere Protein. Right off the top I can say it's tasty and without any chemical aftertaste. I'm a type two diabetic and the single gram of sugar is a big help...and not even any "sugar alcohol" or mysterious chemicals to sweeten. The big deal here is 30g of protein and only 160 calories. The big problem this week at Sam's is that they've been sold out at the Cocoa, FL store for two weeks! So...the Atkins "Creamy Vanilla Protein Rich Shake" was the replacement with half the protein. The Atkins has one gram of sugar, twice as much fat.and doesn't taste as good.

2 out of 4 cartons were broken open and the individual shakes were spilled out into the container and all beaten up. Third carton had been opened and was heavily taped.
