This is a good quick snack to temporarily delay eating. I like all the flavors: chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. Too bad it has corn syrup in it though.

I love this stuff! I probably drink too much of it in a day but it's helping my diet. The coffee flavor is good too but I have opted for green tea over coffee. I put this in my daily matcha smootie! Yum.

I have been drinking Dr. Atkins Shakes since they first came out after his diet was intruduced in a book in 1972. They are an EXCELLENT diet supplement, quick way to shed some pounds, and a great pick me up snack without adding unwanted sugar and calories. The bonus? They fill you up and taste good too. My favorite is the vanilla, but chocolate and strawberry are good too. My sister likes the "exotic" flavors, but I like to stick with the tried and true. Dr. Atkins was a genius. I am so glad his products live on.

Terrific taste compared to many brands. I keep chilled and pour over ice in a large insulated drink cup and top with cold coffee. Perfect breakfast or lunch while driving. Great balance of protein to carbohydrates.

I think Atkins makes some of the best Protein Shakes. This was first time trying the Vanilla. It was very good. Not too sweet, but just right. Keeps hunger at bay and energy up, when I'm busy.

buying this many lowers the price per each which is great. these are my favorite low carb shakes, low added sugar. great taste, smooth, no bitter aftertaste. i use them instead of creamer in my coffee. win win

I have one daily for the vitamins. With a history of stomach surgery, getting my vitamins in liquid form like in these drinks is a must because vitamin tabs or even softgels don't get absorbed well.
