This is a great meal replacement for those times when I'm at work and too busy to grab lunch. I used to drink Muscle Milk but this has less cholesterol and tastes wonderful. Love the french vanilla!

I buy the creamy vanilla in these shakes. No after taste and are perfect in the morning when I take a gazillion pills. In the coffee shakes, the caramel and mocha are yummy as well but they equal 1 cup of coffee and I love my Cuban expresso so I have to be careful. Buy the 12 pk for convenience and price is right.

This is an EXCELLENT, tasty, healthy, low-carb snack. You need the protein and some carbs as fuel. You also need some fat to keep your blood sugar stable after the carbs raise the blood sugar to provide energy. This is an exceptionally nutritious complement to our meals.

This protein shake will give you so many nutrients while keeping your weight in check. This is much better for you than coffee or soda. This drink gave me so much more natural energy. You only get one body, treat it right. This product does just that!

I sometimes have a shake with fruits and vegetables as a quick lunch, but much more often I drink one as an afternoon snack between a balanced lunch and a balanced dinner. It helps keep me from getting so hungry that I overeat at dinner. This has helped me to lose a little weight without feeling hungry. This is not a recommendation for how someone else's should use this product. Just my quick review. Every person is different.

Well I bought these because of what the box said about staying full longer. I used to always buy the cheaper shakes by Equate to save money. But you got hungry to fast! And this is better. I think that I only get hungry before 12 because I can't drink all of my shake. That's probably because I mix it with other beverages.

this is a great alternative to a full breakfast. it fills you up and keeps the calories and sugar low while including protein in your breakfast. I only wish there was more protein in the actual shake. they make shakes with more protein but the cost difference is not worth it

The vanilla flavor of the Atkins Protein Shakes is not my favorite. I'm not fond of the aftertaste. As for Atkins shakes in general, I have 1 for breakfast and it tides me over until lunch. I replaced breakfast with one Atkins shake and lost 30 lbs. in a year.

my grandson has a bad stomach and he can process the atkins vanilla without pain or discomfort! it's his breakfasy or meal replacement when he can't hold down solid food or even milk!! tyvm from a concerned grandmother!!!

taste good and terrific price. the protein is 15 grams, which is a good boost to daily intake. perfect for a quick snack to add some extra vitamins and protein. definitely takes the edge off hunger to get you through the slumps of the day
