Ingredients were fine until SOY and SOY products no good. Soybeans is an Estrogen producer (Fact). Men, Women, Children, PreTeen, Teenagers have a balance of Testosterone and Estrogen, producing more Estrogen in Male or Women will affect the balance. If you are over say 45 year old male your Testosterone levels become reduced already, and do not need Estrogen producer. You get older your Testosterone numbers will become lower and you will be seeking Testosterone replacement either through injection or gel from a physician. Soybeans are cheap and mass grown, so they are added to many products.....do not need in health bars. For a Women there is already Estrogen balance and disrupting this balance with an estrogen producer is not good. Go ahead and Google scholarly literature to find out.

I usually buy Muscle Milk shakes but my store was out of this product. I saw this product on sale (for alot less money) so I purchased the 12 pack. Not only does it taste Great , but it really gives me the Energy that I need !! Your shakes also make me feel Full too ! Yesterday I went back & got 3 more cases ! It's such a a struggle to lose weight but I believe that I will Succeed drinking this product !!

I enjoy a little coffee with my creamer LOL. I was consuming too much flavored creamer so I decided to try this. I LOVE IT IN MY COFFEE!! I have gotten friends and family to do the same. Not only am I consuming less sugar but I'm getting in some extra protein! WIN WIN
