Initial reaction is the flavor (I mix with almond milk) seems to have a fake sweetener taste to it. Something similar to Stevia. But that's just personal preference. I really like that it's Grass Fed. Makes me feel better about what i'm putting in my body. I use this both prior to my work out and again post workout. I mostly strength train so the protein gets well used!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Muscletech Grass Fed Whey Triple Chocolate Protein Powder mixes well and tastes good too. Chocolate is my go to flavor for protein powders and this is a good one. It has 20g of protein per scoop. I like to mix it with milk for added protein and fullness. I just use a small shaker cup with a lid that does not have a mixing ball in it and it still mixes up just fine. This is a great way to get more protein in my diet.

1.First off you get less for the same price (granted not much). Secondly it does not taste near as good as the old protein shakes (Premium 100% whey protein plus powder) that was not grass fed. It was also super disappointing to see that the actual muscle tech website is not carrying the old stuff any more anymore. So we might be stuck with this for a while. I would save your money and hope they bring back the old stuff.

Loved that grass-fed whey was used but would have loved to see better protein per serving ratio (55% protein per serving). Outside of this it was an excellent product over all to supplement the gaps in your diet!

The triple chocolate taste is great, and it does not clump when you shake it up in a shaker bottle or use it in a blender. The container is easy to open and the design is attractive and drinking just one serving in the morning with some no fat milk helps me to get going and keep going throughout the day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great way to add protein to a shake! This whey powder dissolves well in water, so you can drink it that way. But, I much prefer it in a smoothie. I am not a huge fan of the whey flavor, but in the chocolate variety, it tastes pretty good.

The Triple Chocolate flavor definitely delivers on the chocolate front, but doesn't come taste artificial or chemical at all. This is probably due to the fact that they use real cocoa in the mix, which leads me to another thing that I love about this protein: There are no artificial colors or flavors. Going along with the great taste, I also love that this protein blends easily in my shaker bottle with just a couple of shakes: There are no clumps or blobs of protein mix waiting at the bottom of the bottle. And it's great in smoothies as well! All-in-all, I think it's safe to say I've found my new go-to protein powder!

The micros are good, although It could use a larger protein profile. Knowing the breakdown of the BCAAs would be helpful. The consistency is fine, although maybe a little chalkier than it could be. I tried the chocolate and would be interested in seeing what, if there are any, other flavors tastes like.
