It was easy to blend with water or with milk for a protein smoothie. I was also able to make chocolate waffles and chocolate chip cookies! Highly recommend it if you want the best quality and taste!

I was actually quit surprised at how well it tasted with the water, however it is better with skim or low-fat milk. If you are looking for a grass-fed protein, I highly recommend this product. It also makes for a great meal replacement or in-between meal filler. Thank you Muscletech for creating another great protein.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great way to add protein to a shake! This whey powder dissolves well in water, so you can drink it that way. But, I much prefer it in a smoothie. I am not a huge fan of the whey flavor, but in the chocolate variety, it tastes pretty good.

Great chocolatey taste, great bargain, mixes smoothly (even with a cup and spoon) into a creamy texture (no clumping), and definitely delivers! I love that it is 100% grass fed and that its emphasis is on a more natural approach but without compromising on the results/effectiveness/quality I come to expect from Muscletech.. I stacked this with my usual Vapor1 pre-workout and Cell Tech creatine (the way I would typically do my Nitro Tech Whey Gold) and still notice that muscle recovery is rapid and muscle soreness is short-lived. The triple chocolate first off is DELICIOUS, I normally mix it with 8 oz of whole milk and a banana. Some days I do strawberries, either way it taste great, the powder mixes very well, I have had other brands that remains clumpy and doesn't mix up in the liquid, that's not the case with Muscletech. I also love that it's gluten free, nothing artificial. I normally use it after a leg or butt workout to help feed my muscles, or I even use it as a quick meal when I'm rushing out the door. I'm really excited to try the other flavors they have when I'm out of the triple chocolate!
