Packaging was already opened. Some type of residue on it. Started smoking on first use. How can Sams get away with selling used products???

I like this hair dryer! It is lightweight and dries my hair quickly!

Very nice!

I knew my wife would be so excited to get this product for a gift. However, upon on arrival, the inside of box and blow dryer had dirt and grit all over. It almost seems like a defective or returned product. I don't know if it actually works but would not give it as a present in the condition it arrived in.  I plan to contact Sam's Club about a replacement. I will provide an update.

Dirty packaging and product.

When I received the box and opened it, there was a white powder on it and it looked like it had been opened before. I wiped it down and tried it. It works wonderfully.  I love that it has a button to change from cool to hot air settings. However, I find myself accidentally clicking the power button off as I'm drying my hair because of the location of the button on the handle. That gets annoying. I do like the hair dryer though.
