Bought it on black Friday and I love it. I've used Chi before and always loved how it made my hair feel. Doesn't fry my hair and leaves it soft, smooth, and shiny.

Love my Chi hair dryer. Usually the low seating is powerful enough to dry my very thick long hair quickly. It was a little scuffed up when it arrived but it looks superficial.

I knew my wife would be so excited to get this product for a gift. However, upon on arrival, the inside of box and blow dryer had dirt and grit all over. It almost seems like a defective or returned product. I don't know if it actually works but would not give it as a present in the condition it arrived in. I plan to contact Sam's Club about a replacement. I will provide an update.

Used this for a week now - have always loved the Chi brand so am not surprised that I like this one too.

I have had it for 2 weeks or so, I love it. Works great. I like the cold/hot button, for setting styles.

I bought this to replace a different brand. Wow am I glad this unit dries my hair in less than half the time.

Love this hairdryer! It is quiet and drys my hair fast! Bought it during cyber Monday and got a great price.

Works great. Took a bit to figure out that the cold shot button needs to be pressed then pressed again to get back to heat. Only 2 heat temps.

I bought this as a spare as I have good working Chi, but I am so impressed with it that I moved it to primary and the older one to spare!
