I am so pleased with this hair dryer. Its default setting is cool air and then if you want hot air, there is a low and high heat setting. The dryer is not very loud either and dries my hair quickly. I'm very excited about it and highly recommend it.

I bought this as I have had a Chi hairdryer for about 10 years or more and loved it. I thought it has to die before long. This one has the same basic features as my old one-two speeds and two temperature settings. The thing I like most about this one is how light it is.

They all have one and will not travel without it. They love them.

I love this hairdryer. It is a professional stylist dryer but very pretty. All the power you would want, extra long electric cord, 2 styling attachments. It is worth every penny. My last Chi dryer lasted 10 years.

I hesitated to purchase after reading a few bad reviews about product condition upon delivery. I've never had any problems with Sam's Club Delivery Orders. I'm so happy I ordered my CHI Miss Universe Blow Dryer.

When I received the box and opened it, there was a white powder on it and it looked like it had been opened before. I wiped it down and tried it. It works wonderfully. I love that it has a button to change from cool to hot air settings. However, I find myself accidentally clicking the power button off as I'm drying my hair because of the location of the button on the handle. That gets annoying. I do like the hair dryer though.

I believe that Sam's Club sent me a used dryer. I've used the dryer for a week and feel that the dryer works fine. But I was disappointment to open the box the dryer box was already unsealed, the dryer felt gritty and had scuff marks. But I got a good deal so I'll just deal that that.
