Our Ninja is simply outstanding and is so easy to use to make a varitey of smoothies, drinks and food items. The preprogrammed features certainly takes the guess work out of manually setting the speeds and or time. Outstanding product. Only downside item is that it is louder than we anticipated,

I finally have a great blender for making smoothies. It is excellent at crushing ice and I love how you just push a button and it starts and stops when it's done. However, it is very very LOUD. If you don't like noise, you probably should think twice about getting one.

This blender is BY FAR my favorite and unfortunately my household has gone through many but this blender we’ve had a while and it’s holding up fantastic! For us it was worth every penny spent. The attachments are all very useful to use and it’s easy to take apart and clean as well.

My husband & I had become addicted to smoothies our daughter would bring us each week. So when a Tropical Smoothie was built closer to us we would get 4 smoothies, 2 for now & 2 for the next day. So we we’re spending a fortune on smoothies that we so easily make at home now & add all the healthy goodies we had to pay extra for. We’re in our 80’s & have always had a blender, but NEVER had one we LOVE & use DAILY. This Ninja is absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to have friends over to make smoothies for treats. I always read the reviews positive negative before I purchase anything, and then make a decision. I couldn’t be happier with this ninja and the beautiful cups that come with it. I don’t even pay attention to the noise that everyone talks about, I am so intrigued with the power, and the ease, with which, this machine creates delicious treats/meal replacements. Prior to this blender I had to replace blades all the time because the frozen fruit is actually denser and harder on the blade than ice cubes. But this beauty just chews it up like nothing I’ve ever seen before. My only regret is that I didn’t purchase it sooner. This is absolutely the BEST blender I have ever used. It is so EASY to USE and so EASY to CLEAN. It will definitely be number ONE on my list for a wedding gift. One of the reviews I read talked about having Little counter space, well, we live in a fifth wheel camper so you can only imagine how little counter space we have available. But guess what… This beautiful ninja sits on my counter, and will never be put away because it gets used every day. It’s absolutely BEAUTIFUL besides, I can’t say enough good things about it but if you were considering this NINJA, just buy it - don’t hesitate. You won’t regret it since we have bought it, I have made smoothies daily. I would pay twice as much. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it. Did I say I love ……… that’s an understatement! It’s a necessity.

I initially loved this blender and its performance. I typically used it for protein shakes and smoothies. It worked very well. The problem was the individual cup designs. There is no way to clean underneath the seals of the cups. After a few uses, even after washing in the dishwasher and soaking, it began to mold and smell rotten. I sent it back for a refund.

My issue is after only three months the blade that is all one piece is starting to fall apart. I called the phone number for customer service and they refuse to do anything stating the blade is not covered. A little less then three months and blade is not covered item. The rep I talked to said they can sell me another blade. Why would I buy another piece of garbage from this company???

work for 2-3 months, then grinding motor scream, sam's sent a replacement that only worked 2-3 weeks, then grinding motor scream again like loose ball bearings. i contacted sam's and they promised to give me a refund. The grinding ball bearing scream is so strong and loud, it pops the top cover lever arm after 2-3 seconds

This is by far the best blender that I have ever owned . I just bought a replacement after having my first one for at least 8 years . The only reason I replaced it was because I lost the lid when we were redoing our kitchen. So easy to set up and use. No assembly required like the old blenders where you had to screw the bottom on. This makes so many things. I use it for sauces , smoothies, milkshakes, horchata, soup , too much to even list! It is much quieter than most blenders . You will get your moneys worth!

We started having a smoothie for breakfast that included pea protein powder as well as green banana flour. (Pea protein Is self-explanatory and the green banana flour is a resistant starch) When we put this in our Vitamix along with the water and fruit we always had to scrape the sides and it did not mix very well at all. We thought we would try this Ninja because it had, a totally different blade system. (The Vitamix has four blades at the bottom of the container, whereas the Ninja has a series of blades on a shaft, coming upwards from the bottom) Wow! Are we ever glad we did. With the Vitamix we had to put everything in a little bit at a time and some of it still stuck. With the Ninja everything goes in, close the lid and push the smoothie button and it does everything else. So, the Vitamix is now in a box in my workshop and the Ninja has a prominent place in the kitchen.

This blender (especially this model) was an excellent purchase! The motor is so powerful and blends whatever you like perfectly. The different speeds work smoothly and without issue. This blender package from Sams Club was the best deal. I love that it came with individual smoothie cups and a separate blade for the individual cups. Great buy for sure, highly recommend!
