Have had my ninja for years now and still works great! Lots of attachments for smoothies or blended other food items. You can place in the dishwasher so there is no residue or smell.

Broken out of box. When opening up the new box, the individual sized blender was shattered. Called ninja several times, sams club is out so we will have to just return. The main large blender works well.

Single serve blender piece came cracked!! Upon expecting my product after opening I seen a crack AND there is no second top when it says it comes with the cups and lids!

This system is one of us inexpensive systems is very quiet very durable, un versatile for many use of a clean or put it in the dishwasher because it is sick. They make the best smoothies and also if you're looking for any type of crushed eyes, it really crushes the ice very well. if you are a baker, it helps with chopping up your nuts or mixing your dough. There's so many uses for this machine.

We purchased this blender in May 2023 and it's been part of our daily kitchen routine. It was working perfectly first year and half (we can't deny it has a power), but then we noticed a little crack in the pitcher, then just a couple months ago, the motor base started to make noises like it was struggling and sometimes overheating. We had to use it at a very low speed. We came from a long lasting Oster blender and got into the Ninja brand marketing, but if you are planning to make this part of your weekly routine, this isn't a durable product. You will noticed it once the warranty is gone (only 1 year for a brand like “Ninja”)

I really liked this blender. Then it started making an electrical smell, not good. The kind appliances make before they fail and burn up. I never abused it and only made smoothies in it, maybe 100 uses. I called Ninja and the said my warranty was for 1 year, but I could buy another one for about $30 more than Sam's sells a new one for. When I pointed this put they said they could sell it to me for $6 less than a new one at Sam's. Gee, what a 'not so great' deal. So I guess I'll continue using it until it fully crashes and burns, maybe setting itself on fire in the process. No problem, I'll just keep a fire extinguisher nearby. Then I'll take another photo of the whole mess and attach to this post. So much for warranties, and pathetic ones like this.
