This blender allows us to blend whole fruits and dried fruits, and to crush ingredients, and when it comes to making your smoothies, they turn out perfectly blended

As other reviewers have noted there is a concern with mold growth underneath the seals for the cup as it is not possible to clean it. this is strike two with ninja as a previous model had mold growth issues in the blender handle as ninja doesn't stand behind his product I had to return it to sam's lesson learned I will stay with Vitamix the additional money is worth the peace of mind

I bought this product 1 year and 3 months ago and now the pitcher leaks out of the bottom and there is nothing Ninja will do. The warranty doesn't cover blending vessels, lids, cups, blade, etc under any circumstances. I'd rather spend my money on a higher priced item that works for longer than a year.

I bought this on Friday, used it on Saturday, and returned it on Sunday. I was trying to replace a Vitamix that is dying. But I found out that the Ninja has the blades that rise high in the pitcher, making it difficult to stuff the pitcher full of greens. It didn't blend the greens well and it certainly didn't pulverize the chia seeds I put in. When I returned it today I bought a new Vitamix. I hope it will be like my old Vitamix.

I initially loved this blender and its performance. I typically used it for protein shakes and smoothies. It worked very well. The problem was the individual cup designs. There is no way to clean underneath the seals of the cups. After a few uses, even after washing in the dishwasher and soaking, it began to mold and smell rotten. I sent it back for a refund.

My issue is after only three months the blade that is all one piece is starting to fall apart. I called the phone number for customer service and they refuse to do anything stating the blade is not covered. A little less then three months and blade is not covered item. The rep I talked to said they can sell me another blade. Why would I buy another piece of garbage from this company???

The ninja has great power maybe great features but it’s plastic if you drop it it breaks. Not very durable within three weeks I had to buy a new one. Also with fresh spinach it doesn’t I’ll get ground up because it stays at the top. Only use it for smoothies so not sure what else it would be good for.

I received my Ninja Pro Plus Blender 6 weeks and it is amazing. I purchased it just to make ice water, crushed ice cold water. I have also made ice cream shakes and fruit smoothies, they are great too. Makes everything very fast and it is easy to clean. I wish I had one sooner, I had a smoothie maker (mine leaked so I did not use it much), a blender and a shake maker, replaced all of these with one wonderful item.
