I make my smoothies, energy drinks and much more with it. Love the cups you can take them with you. No stopping and stirring with this Ninja it is really top notch, very sturdy and easy to clean. I am very happy with results of the Ninja. I would recommend you give it a try it is the best I have tried.

I mixed oats and protein powder in it, and before long the jar started to smell. I washed it by hand, ran it thru the dishwasher, and the smell would not come out. I can only assume that tiny pieces got embedded into the plastic jar. I threw it away

Its very sturdy machine and accessories.Easy to cleaned.I blend a frozen mango and when you press smoothie it automatically blend and stop when ready.You have option to do yourself too.Great tool!Its a keeper blender!!!!

I actually really like this blender (bought at Walmart sister company, Sam's Club) and wanted to buy another cup with a lid for the smoothie maker. Ninja no longer makes the lids. You can buy the cup (for now), but if you have 3 people who want to take the cup to go, you'll need to put the smoothie in another container because you are out of luck. I wish I'd known that before buying the blender so I'm telling you.

But at-a-glance it covered all the main features I wanted in a new blender for this kitchen, we didn't bring the old blenders (standard and smoothie) with us. I have to say that since I unboxed it, we have had a smoothie like every day, last night I had a shake (so smoothie with ice cream). I haven't used it for mixed drinks or other cooking yet, but I think it would be more than capable. We've used the individual serving cups and also I've made a large quantity of smoothie in the main blender carafe as well. The 'Smoothie' button on the unit is very cool, it does a series of on and offs that help to really break it all up and then does a couple of long runs to make sure it is all mixed. Everything is pretty easy to clean. The motor is noisy, as one might expect a blender, but I wouldn't say it is louder than your avg blender.

We have been using the small Ninja with the motor you place on top of the pitcher for several years. I saw this on sale and decided to try it. Our daughter takes a smoothie to school everyday, so we thought this would be convenient. I wish I had bought this years ago! It blends, froths, extracts, crushes, and is extremely powerful. Do not hesitate to buy this!

THERE'S A LOT OF DIFFERENT BUNDLES OF NINJA, AND THEY CAN GET PRICEY. MINE WERE FOR SMOOTHIES, SO I HAD 2 JARS WITH A BLADE AND 2 TOPS, BASE, AND LITTLE LARGER PICTURE. CAREFUL CONSIDERATION SHOULD BE GIVEN BEFORE BUYING ONE OF THESE BUNDLES. SO YOU HAVE WHAT YOU NEED TO WORK WITH GIVE IT SOME THOUGHT.

I can make virtually any kind of drink I desire in this blender with ease! I love all the many features the blender offers, especially the smaller containers that are interchangeable. The blender mixes everything well to the perfect consistency. I love making smoothies and other blended drinks in my new ninja blender, and would highly recommend it to others!

We made the smoothest frozen margaritas I have ever had. The small blender containers are perfect for individual smoothies, and the blender is powerful enough to make a super smooth consistency even with tougher ingredients like kale. The whole thing has a nice intuitive structure, easy to use, easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja blender works great. We have made sauce for tamales with it as well as made smoothies and a few other sauces. The blender washes really easily and comes apart so that it is easy to wash. the three blades in the blender from the bottom to the top helps get everything blended nicely with out having to stop and mix it up.
