I bought this coffee maker 3 years ago and i have NEVER had a problem with it. It’s used daily along with the frother. I recommend this coffee maker to everyone! I also love it uses grounds instead of pods.

I love, love love this coffee maker. It makes a variety of cold and hot drinks that are just as good, or better than my coffee shop. I also love the fact that it’s easy to clean and maintain. I would highly recommend this brand. 

Don't buy this. Can't believe it gets a high rating. Bought just before moving..never took it out of the box. Tried to follow directions about running 2 pots of water through to clean before brewing coffee. Would run for about 10 seconds and do about 3 pumps of water then shut off. Reread directions and tried a dozen more times with same result. Call Ninja and they ran through troubleshooting with same results. Then they tell me it's not under warranty. This machine NEVER had 1 single pot of coffee brewed in it. It's now in the trash. My new motto is NEVER NINJA.

Coffee does not get hot enough after done brewing..

I have the older model at home and absolutely love it. I am going to buy a new one for our office since our Kuerig died(YES!)

First cup brewed taste was wonderful! Love this machine! Brews within 4 minutes and is so easy to use!!

Best coffee maker I had the pleasure yo drink from in a long time. Does everything it to do and taste is on point. Single or pot to share.

Sometimes coffee comes out lukewarm. It’s very annoying
